Founded in 2007 in the basement of his home, Luke began the business while managing two other frame shops, bringing over eight years of industry experience. In 2008, he transitioned from employee to owner with the opening of the SE Belmont location. A second shop followed in North Portland eight years later, and in 2021, the Belmont store moved to a larger space on SE Ash Street.
Luke oversees every detail of the shop, combining artistic vision with technical expertise. His highly skilled and friendly team—Nathan, Kurt, Zach, Raymond, Darcy, Esther, Riley, and Jacob—treat every piece of artwork with exceptional care.
A graduate of Portland State University with a degree in art, Luke has also studied extensively in Italy and works in multiple artistic mediums. This deep artistic background informs the design, presentation, and preservation of every project.
